Belanda, kue tradisonal ini bahan utamanya tepung terigu dan telur yang
memilki warna khas oranye dan kuning. Panganan kue ini memiliki rasa
yang manis. Belum ada sumber sejarah yang jelas mengapa kue ini
dinamakan didara belanda ,mungkin karena warnanya yang oranye yang
merupakan warna kesukaan orang Belanda sehingga dinamakan didara
Belanda.
Beppa Pute
Kue
ini merupakan makanan tradisional yang memiliki rasa khas, manis dan
renyah. Untuk acara pernikahan masyarakat Bugis kue ini menjadi syarat
yang mesti ada. Kue tradisional ini dikenal dengan sebutan beppa pute
yang bahan utamanya terbuat dari putih telur.
Beppa Golla Cella
Kue
ini merupakan makanan tradisional yang memilki rasa manis yang khas
dimana rasa golla cella (gula merah; baca : Indonesia) mendominasi kue
ini. Kue ini dikenal dengan nama Beppa golla cella karena dominasi bahan
adonanya adalah golla cella dan dalam pembuatannya memilki cetakan
khusus.
Barongko
Kue
ini merupakan makanan tradisional yang dikenal dengan nama Barongko
yang bahan utamanya dari pisang yang dihaluskan dan dicampur dengan
bahan kue lainnya. Uniknya kue ini dibungkus dengan daun pisang yang
memiliki bentuk tersendiri.
Bolu Peca'
Kue bolu adalah kue yang sudah sangat
familiar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan bahan, kue bolu sangat banyak
jenisnya, mulai dari bolu coklat, bolu keju, bolu pisang, bolu karamel,
bolu ketan hitam dan lain-lain. Nah, disini kami akan berikan resep kue
bolu ketan hitam. Karena ini adalah Kampung Bugis, maka tentu saja resep
kue bolu ketan hitam yang akan kami bagikan adalah yang versi bugisnya,
yang disebut bolu peca’ atau baulu peca’.
Katirisala
Katirisala, kue tradisonal ini bahan
utamanya beras ketan hitam, gula merah dan telur yang memilki rasa enak,
manis dan khas. Dalam pembuatannya kue ini biasanya memilki cetakan
khusus berbentuk bundar , kue yang satu ini terdiri dari dua lapisan
dimana lapisan bawahnya terbuat dari beras ketan dan lapisan atasnya
terbuat dari campuran gula merah dan telur. Katirisala menjadi salah
satu jamuan bosara (baca : bugis) yakni hidangan kue yang biasanya
selalu ada dalam acara pernikahan atau acara-acara masyarakat Bugis
Makassar.
Cucuru Te'ne
Kue tradisional yang satu ini dikenal
dengan nama cucuru tekne yang bahan utamanya terbuat dari tepung beras
dan gula merah. Keu ini memilki khas rasa manis gula merah, renyah dan
enak. Bentuknya yang khas lonjong dan sedikit mengkerucut diujungnya
menjadikanya lebih unik.
Sikaporo
Kue merupakan kue yang banyak digemari pada setiap acara hajatan atau
pesta. Kue ini rasanya mirip sama puding tahu atau puding karamel, cuma
aja sikaporo dirasuki lebih banyak karamel dan putih telurnya dikocok
kaku jadi teksturnya lebih spongy. Rasanya manis, karamel banget.
